Founded On A Simple Idea
Kaiseki started with a chef, a knife roll, and a cooler of fish showing up to a friend’s dinner party. What began as one table has grown into a roster of chefs serving weddings, corporate events, and backyard gatherings across the region - always with the same focus on seasonal ingredients, precision, and hospitality.
